We focus on structured growth, measurable results, and long-term digital positioning. We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who understands performance, not just reporting. Role Overview You will be responsible for managing and executing complete SEO strategies across multiple client projects — including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, off-page strategy, and local SEO. This role requires ownership, accountability, and consistent execution. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement SEO strategies based on business goals • Perform technical SEO audits (indexing, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, schema) • Conduct advanced keyword research based on intent and competition • Optimise service pages and landing pages for conversions • Execute white-hat backlink building strategies • Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles for local SEO • Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush • Improve keyword rankings and organic traffic • Identify competitor gaps and ranking opportunities • Prepare structured monthly SEO performance reports Required Skills & Experience • 3–5 years proven experience in SEO • Solid understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4) • Experience working on WordPress and Shopify websites • Understanding of Core Web Vitals and site speed optimisation • Knowledge of structured data and schema implementation • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical and reporting skills What We’re Looking For • Result-oriented mindset • Strong problem-solving ability • Clear communication • Ability to take ownership of client accounts • Someone who understands lead generation, not just traffic Interested candidates should share: • Updated CV • Case studies or websites ranked • Tools used and strategies applied Only shortlisted candidates with proven SEO experience will be contacted.
