The position is based in Pathanamthitta district, Kerala, and offers the flexibility of partial remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting Nile Food Products to achieve sales targets. The role involves visiting clients, demonstrating product benefits, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the team to implement effective sales strategies. Additionally, the salesperson will stay informed about market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth. Qualifications • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships • Knowledge of the food industry and local market in Kerala is an added advantage • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities • Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM software • Flexible to travel locally and adept at hybrid working environments • Fluency in both English and Malayalam is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
