Brief Synopsis The Centre Head is responsible for the overall leadership and P L of the hospital ensuring that it provides high-quality care operates efficiently and remains financially sustainable The Centre Head leads the Hospital team implements strategic goals ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and works closely with all stakeholders including the Top Management BOD Medial Para Medical and other Hospital staff Other Branch employees and external partners including customers vendors Government Agencies and others Key Responsibilities 1 Leadership a Establish Borneo Hospital Raipur as a preferred medical services destination and COE in Mother and Child care in the State of Chhattisgarh b Develop and implement Short to long-term strategic goals for the success of the Hospital Business aligning with the mission and vision of Borneo Hospitals group c Provide leadership to the Borneo Hospital team at Raipur and manage daily hospital operations d Ensure the hospital remains competitive within the healthcare industry and adapts to changes as required in Business Environment Compliance Regulations and Technology 2 Financial Management a Manage Hospital P L including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting b Develop strategies to improve profitability reduce costs and ensure resource allocation is aligned with the hospital s priorities c Obtain required approvals from Top Leadership team for any major capital expenditures and oversee investments in new technologies and infrastructure as required 3 Compliance Regulatory Oversight a Ensure the hospital complies with all local state and Indian healthcare regulations and standards b Oversee accreditation processes certifications and inspections c Maintain a focus on patient safety and quality of care in compliance with industry standards and guidelines 4 Operations Management a Optimize operational processes to ensure efficient delivery of healthcare services b Monitor hospital performance and implement process improvements to enhance patient care staff satisfaction and financial performance c Oversee patient care delivery clinical services nursing and other departments to ensure high standards of care d Optimise Supply Chain processes and Inventory Management to bring in more efficiency in operations e Implement Highest standards of Care Protocols and maintain required documentation for effective Patient Management services f Ensure continuous monitoring of Patient Satisfaction levels and implement a robust Patient feedback system 5 Staff Talent Management a Lead and mentor hospital staff ensuring that the hospital attracts retains and develops top talent b Ensure appropriate staffing levels across various departments balancing quality care with cost efficiency c Foster a collaborative work environment supporting employee engagement and organizational culture 6 Stakeholder Engagement Relationship Management a Act as the primary liaison between the Top Leadership of Borneo Hospitals group Hospital staff and external stakeholders including local government agencies Customers insurance companies and community organizations b Build and maintain relationships with physicians healthcare professionals and other partners to ensure optimal care delivery c Serve as the public face of the hospital in the community fostering trust and maintaining a positive image 7 Risk Management Crisis Response a Identify potential risks to the hospital and develop strategies to mitigate them b Oversee the hospital s emergency preparedness and crisis response plans including in cases of public health emergencies or natural disasters 8 Innovation Growth a Drive innovation in hospital services facilities and technologies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiencies b Identify and implement growth opportunities such as expanding service lines new partnerships or market expansion c Guide Marketing team to improve ROI on the marketing spend and optimise resources to achieve the desired growth Skills Qualifications Proven experience as a Centre Head hospital administrator or other senior executive role within the healthcare industry In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations financial management and hospital operations Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mind-set with good problem-solving skills Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans and solve complex organizational problems A master s degree in healthcare administration MHA with more than 10 years of experience preferred Key Performance Indicators KPIs Improvement in patient satisfaction scores and Patient Outcomes Financial performance Revenue Profit Margins Cost Reduction Efficiency improvement Accreditation and
