About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and update stock and inventory records to ensure accurate tracking. 2. Create and manage product naming and categorization for proper listing. 3. Enter and update product and order data in Shopify. 4. Process and monitor customer orders and track shipment status. 5. Coordinate and communicate with logistics partners for timely deliveries. 6. Supervise and ensure proper packaging and dispatch of orders. 7. Handle and respond to customer communications and queries. 8. Conduct follow-ups and confirm orders with customers when required. 9. Organize and maintain system records and documentation for smooth operations.
