Accounts Admin Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, positive communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Key Responsibilities: - Handle daily accounting entries and maintain financial records - Manage accounts payable and receivable - Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers - Maintain cash and bank records - Assist in GST filing and basic statutory compliance - Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments - Maintain office files and administrative documents - Support management with reports and documentation Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field - 1–3 years of experience in accounts/admin role - Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel - Good communication and organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: - Leave encashment - Life insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
