We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Data Analyst who can convert raw data into business intelligence and actionable growth strategies. What You Will Be Responsible For • Transform raw business data into strategic insights that impact revenue and lead generation • Write advanced SQL queries to extract, join, clean, and optimize datasets • Build dynamic dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams • Analyze marketing funnel performance (Leads → Conversions → Revenue) • Identify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities • Automate MIS reporting and performance tracking systems • Work directly with leadership to support data-backed decisions • Ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and reporting efficiency Core Technical Requirements • SQL (Strong & Mandatory) • Complex Joins, Subqueries, CTEs • Aggregations & Grouping • Query Optimization • Data cleaning & transformation • Advanced Excel (Expert Level) • Pivot Tables (Advanced) • INDEX-MATCH / XLOOKUP • Power Query • Dashboard creation • Automation & Macros (Preferred) • Data Visualization (Strong Command Required) • Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio • Interactive dashboard building • KPI tracking & funnel visualization • Performance storytelling through visuals What We Expect • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics • Strong business understanding (not just technical reporting) • Ability to connect numbers with revenue impact • High ownership & execution mindset • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Why Join NNIIT? • Direct exposure to leadership & business strategy • Opportunity to build analytics systems from scratch • High ownership and visibility • Fast growth based purely on performance Important Note This is a strictly onsite role in Hyderabad.
