Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for Online Tutors specializing in Math, Science, and English for Grades 6–12. Tutors will deliver personalized, curriculum-aligned academic sessions tailored to individual student needs in a virtual one-on-one setting. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive learning sessions, assessing students' performance, addressing individual learning challenges, and providing constructive feedback to promote academic growth. Qualifications • Expertise in core subjects such as Math (e.g., Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus), Science (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Biology), and English, with the ability to teach both foundational and advanced topics. • Proficiency in utilizing online platforms and digital tools for interactive learning and maintaining virtual student engagement. • Strong classroom management skills, along with the ability to provide personalized instruction and adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles. • Effective communication and mentorship abilities to guide, motivate, and support students academically and personally. • Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred. Familiarity with curricula such as US Common Core, IGCSE, IB, or AP is an advantage. • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Education, Mathematics, Science, or English. • Flexibility to work in different time zones and a reliable internet connection to conduct remote sessions seamlessly.
