Role Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in digital and social media content. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, understands platform-specific design trends, and can create engaging static and motion content that drives engagement and performance. You’ll work closely with our marketing and performance teams to design high-impact creatives for fast-growing brands across industries. Key Responsibilities • Design engaging creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms • Create ad creatives, banners, campaign graphics, and performance marketing visuals • Develop motion graphics, reels, and short-form video content for paid and organic campaigns • Design branding assets such as brochures, pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateral • Collaborate with performance marketers and content strategists to create conversion-focused creatives • Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts • Adapt designs quickly based on feedback while meeting tight deadlines • Stay updated with evolving design trends, social media formats, and platform best practices Required Skills & Qualifications • 2–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) • Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, ad designs, branding, and/or video content • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced agency setup • Basic animation and video editing skills are a strong plus • Understanding of performance marketing creatives (CTR-driven ads) is an added advantage What We Offer • Opportunity to work with growing brands and high-impact campaigns • Fast-paced, creative agency environment • Performance-driven growth opportunities • A culture that values ideas, ownership, and innovation
