Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads for IT products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Schedule product demos and meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data and sales activities.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in closing deals under the guidance of senior sales executives.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, or SaaS models.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
