Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate must understand lead generation, paid ads, content strategy, and student targeting for study visa services. Key Responsibilities • Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts • Create engaging reels, posts, and educational content • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns for student visa leads • Optimize ads for CPL (Cost Per Lead) • Generate daily qualified leads for counseling team • Coordinate with video editor & graphic designer • Analyze performance metrics and improve ROI • Build brand authority in the immigration sector Required Skills & Qualifications • 1–3 years experience in social media marketing • Experience running Facebook & Instagram Ads • Understanding of targeting • Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads Manager • Ability to generate minimum 50+ leads daily • Strong communication & strategy mindset Performance Metrics (KPIs) • Leads generated per day • Cost per lead • Conversion rate • Engagement growth • Campaign ROI Preferred Candidate • Experience in education/immigration industry • Knowledge of student targeting • Understanding of study visa funnels • Experience handling monthly ad budget's Why Join Us? • Fast-growing immigration brand • Performance-based growth • Opportunity to lead marketing expansion. • Long-term leadership opportunity Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: • Internet reimbursement • Paid sick time Work Location: In person
