We’re Hiring | Early Years Homeroom Teacher Northfield International School is seeking a nurturing, creative, and dedicated Early Years Homeroom Teacher to shape young learners during their foundational years of education. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Early Years curriculum frameworks Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment Foster social, emotional, language, and cognitive development Implement hands-on, play-based, and inquiry-driven learning strategies Maintain classroom routines and positive behaviour guidance Conduct continuous assessments and maintain student portfolios Collaborate with parents through regular communication and progress updates Participate in school events, activities, and professional development programs Requirements Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / EYP / Cambridge Early Years or related field/IGNOU – Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECE), IECED – Early Childhood Education Courses Andhra Mahila Sabha – Teacher & Early Childhood Programs Post Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) Minimum 3 years of experience handling Early Years students Montessori, Early Years Programme (EYP), or Cambridge training preferred Strong classroom management and a child-centered teaching approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for nurturing young learners in a holistic manner Why Join Us?
