About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing to Onboarding) 2. Understand job requirements from hiring managers 3. Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, references & internal database 4. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews 5. Schedule interviews & coordinate with candidates and clients 6. Follow up for feedback and maintain candidate pipeline 7. Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-out 8. Maintain recruitment tracker and daily reports 9.
