Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Sonipat. Responsibilities include managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, implementing and updating HR policies, and supporting overall HR management functions. The role also requires ensuring compliance with labor laws and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Collaborating with management and employees, the executive will play a key role in talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications • Proficiency in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) functions • Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and team management • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree or HR certification is a plus
