Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Visa Counsellor. As a Visa Counsellor, you will assist students in understanding and navigating the visa application process and provide guidance on selecting suitable education programs. Day-to-day tasks include providing one-on-one consultations, reviewing documentation, staying updated on immigration policies, and ensuring compliance with visa requirements. You will also communicate with institutions and visa authorities, maintain thorough records, and provide ongoing support to students throughout the process. Qualifications • Proficiency in handling visa application processes, documentation, and educational policies • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to provide student guidance and counselling • Exceptional communication, presentation, and listening skills • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills • Familiarity with international education systems and regulations (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, USA) is a plus • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suites and ability to manage databases effectively • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build relationships with students and institutions • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Education, International Relations, or Counseling
