Roles and Responsibilities:

● Drive B2B sales by identifying and onboarding hotels under the Travinities brand (similar to OYO model).

● Approach new hotel partners through inbound and outbound outreach and pitch Travinities offerings.

● Conduct sales calls, video meetings, presentations, and negotiations with property owners.

● Complete end-to-end onboarding: documentation, rates finalization, property listing coordination.

● Maintain strong relationships with hotels to ensure retention, revenue growth and smooth operations.

● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and close deals within defined timelines.

● Track performance, update CRM, and achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.

● Coordinate with internal OTA listing/content teams to ensure proper launch of newly onboarded hotels.

● Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new property opportunities.
