Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls for international customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve queries in a professional manner.
Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
Document interactions and update systems as required.
Collaborate with the team and support process improvements.
Qualification-
1.Graduate Freshers
2.SSC + 3 years Diploma
3.HSC + 3 years Diploma
Shift Time :Rotational Shift (Any 9 hours)
Week Off- 5 days working with any 2 days rotational off.
Transportation=
1.Home Pickup and Home Drop Available.
Marksheets and Passing Certificate Mandatory
