Customer Service Representative- Gurugram

Shift: US Rotational Shift | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Note: Both Side cabs available

Salary: Freshers- 25k CTC

Experienced- upto 30k CTC

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer queries for international process.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve performance targets.

Key Requirements:

• Graduation Mandatory

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Immediate joiners .

• Willing to work in US rotational shifts.
