• Use cold calls, emails, webinars, and events to build a pipeline
• Product Demonstration & Consultation
• Present EdTech solutions tailored to the institution’s needs
• Explain how products improve learning outcomes or operational efficiency
• Relationship Building
• Develop long-term partnerships with decision-makers (principals, deans, administrators)
• Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads
• Sales Strategy & Execution
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Market Intelligence
• Stay updated on EdTech trends, competitor products, and policy changes
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams
• CRM & Reporting
• Track interactions and progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Generate reports on sales performance and forecasts
