Store Manager (Eluno)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Salary: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA
Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities in Hindi and English, and prior experience in managing a retail store.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly and efficiently

• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints

• Maintain inventory levels, stock ordering, and merchandising standards

• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets

• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience

• 1–2 years of experience in managing a retail store ( Optical store experience preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in *Hindi and English*

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in rotational shifts
