Key Responsibilities • Supplier Development & Management • Identify and onboard new scrap suppliers locally • Build long-term supplier relationships • Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations • Procurement & Negotiation • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules • Ensure cost optimization and supply security • Manage purchase cycles efficiently • Market Intelligence & Compliance • Track commodity price movements and market trends • Monitor regulatory changes impacting scrap procurement • Provide insights for strategic sourcing decisions • Cross-Functional Coordination • Collaborate with production, finance, and quality teams • Align sourcing plans with operational requirements • Ensure material availability as per production schedules • Reporting & Analysis • Maintain sourcing records and procurement data • Analyze cost trends and supplier performance • Prepare reports for management review Skills & Experience Were Looking For Must-Have • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills • Experience in sourcing industrial scrap (CRC preferred) • Understanding of commodity markets and pricing trends • Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets) • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams • Bachelors degree (Engineering/Commerce preferred) Good-to-Have • Experience in metal manufacturing or recycling industry • Knowledge of compliance and scrap-related regulations • Prior experience in cost optimization projects Hiring Process • HR Screening • Functional Interview • Final Discussion with Leadership Career Growth Path Assistant Manager → Deputy Manager → Manager → Senior Manager
