Role Overview: We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing professional with 4+ years of experience in Google & Meta Ads who can turn strategy into performance and data into revenue. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on optimizing campaigns, improving ROI, and collaborating with creative minds to build high-converting ad strategies. Responsibilities: • Strategize, launch & optimize paid campaigns on Google & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) • Drive qualified leads, conversions & consistent revenue growth • Continuously analyze campaign performance and improve ROI • Manage & scale ad budgets efficiently • Collaborate with creative & content teams to produce high-performing ads • Support SEO fundamentals including keyword research & on-page optimization • Track website & campaign data using analytics tools and present actionable insights Requirements: • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads • Strong expertise in performance marketing & lead generation • Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals • Experience with analytics, tracking & campaign optimization • Strong communication skills & a proactive, ownership-driven mindset Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid sick time • Paid time off Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Experience: • Digital marketing: 3 years (Required) Language: • English (Required) Location: • Mohali, Punjab (Required) Work Location: In person
