Required Skills for HAM Pro: • 5-7 Years of Experience as a Senior Technical Lead owning architecture, integrations, CMDB alignment, lifecycle data strategy, and scalable workflow design. Mentors developers and enforces engineering standards. • Certifications: CSA expected; CIS-HAM and CIS-FSM/CSM preferred.
