Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Make outbound calls to customers or partners when required.
• Contribute to improving overall client, customer, and employee experience.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required.
• 6 months or more of customer service experience preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in travel and hospitality is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills with good grammar and spelling.
• Basic computer and technical proficiency.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
