Nyati Group Website: nyatigroup.com Job details: We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent for various roles within the real estate organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates within the real estate or construction sector and managing the recruitment lifecycle efficiently. 🧑 💼 Key Responsibilities : ✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. ✅ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referrals. ✅ Identify and attract candidates for roles across departments such as Sales, Civil Engineering, Projects, CRM, and Corporate functions. ✅ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. ✅ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback. ✅ Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker. ✅ Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
