US Mortgage Title Search

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as a US Mortgage Title Search Specialist. This role involves managing complex title search processes, overseeing title search operations, leading teams, and ensuring delivery within client-defined SLAs. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to handle escalations and volume spikes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee complex title search processes using Netronline and Title Plants. • Perform and review advanced title searches, including deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, encumbrances, and other property records. • Manage workload spikes and ensure timely delivery within SLAs. • Resolve complex discrepancies in title documentation with accuracy and efficiency. • Prepare comprehensive title reports and summaries for client review. • Ensure strict compliance with US mortgage guidelines, legal standards, and company policies. • Lead and mentor junior and mid-level team members, providing training and guidance. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to maintain quality benchmarks. • Handle escalations and client queries with professionalism and clarity. • Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic planning initiatives. • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1+ years of proven experience in US Mortgage Title Search or related domain. • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities. • Advanced communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage client interactions and handle escalations effectively. • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with title search tools/databases. • Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts (US Time Zone).
