Founding Chief Medical Officer & Clinical Partner (Founding Equity)

The Role The Mission: Redefining Medical Infrastructure Oati-Med is recruiting a world-class surgical leader to join our founding team as the regional face of the company. We are moving beyond the fragmented "filing systems" of the past to deploy Oati-Med: a governed, banking-grade financial and operational infrastructure for elite medical groups and Hospitals. The Engineering Pedigree You will be the clinical counterpart to a senior engineering team with core backgrounds at NASA, Apple, J.P. Morgan, and Google. We have built the "Sovereign Ledger"—a tamper-proof, immutable structure that records every clinical, contractual, and financial event in real-time. The Unicorn Trajectory Oati-Med is positioned for a Unicorn valuation. Unlike traditional SaaS, we sit directly on the payment rails. By controlling the Total Transaction Value (TTV), escrow handling, and settlement logic, our revenue model is tied to the financial heartbeat of the hospital. We solve the "Leakage" problem that legacy EMRs ignore, adding millions to a hospital’s EBITDA. The Role & Reward • Founding Equity: We are offering significant Founding Equity for a leader who can provide instant gravitas and anchor our expansion into the US and global markets. • Advisory Compensation: In addition to the equity stake, the partner will receive a standard industry advisory contract rate immediately following our next funding round. • Clinical Architecture: You will advise on the "AI Guardrails" that cross-check patient data and pharmacy orders to eliminate human error and strengthen medico-legal defensibility. • Global Face: You will act as the primary clinical liaison for Tier-1 hospital groups, demonstrating how Oati-Flow converts speech to structured records and automates settlement. Candidate Profile We are looking for a Surgeon or Medical Professional whose reputation commands the boardroom—someone who understands that in 2026, infrastructure is the standard of care. Someone who will be the clinical reputation of a multi billion dollar company.
