Content Creator

We’re looking for a content creator who can ideate, shoot, and execute content end-to-end. This is not just about “posting reels” — you need to think, perform, and create content that actually gets attention. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) • Be comfortable in front of the camera (talking, explaining, presenting) • Shoot videos using phone/camera with decent framing and lighting • Write scripts/hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds • Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our brand • Collaborate with team for content ideas and campaigns • *Requirements:** • Confident on camera (no hesitation, no awkward delivery) • Strong creative thinking (not copying trends blindly) • Basic understanding of video shooting (angles, lighting, audio) • Scriptwriting skills (hooks, storytelling, CTA) • Consistency — ability to produce content regularly • *Nice to Have:** • Basic editing skills (cuts, captions, transitions) • Experience growing a page or working with brands • Understanding of what content performs vs what just looks good Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹13,072.71 - ₹34,639.44 per month Work Location: In person
