Key Responsibilities • Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting. • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, Excel sheets, and reports for management review. • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws. • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. • Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial data and support decision-making. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and invoice preparation to ensure company financial goals are met. • Support the team in bank reconciliation, ledger verification, and day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry of invoices, vouchers, and transactions. • Organize and maintain financial documents and records, including Tally entries and billing activities.
