What is the role?
Join our high-performing Finance team and become the engine behind our global financial operations! You will be the go-to expert for ensuring our cash flow is seamless, our accounts are reconciled, and our international teams are paid on time. Working closely with our internal departments, you’ll help optimize our AR processes and drive the financial integrity that fuels our global expansion.
After comprehensive training, you will be set to succeed doing the following:
- Manage global financial transactions – Handle invoicing, incoming payments, and financial records with precision and efficiency.
- Master payment reconciliation – Reconcile payments globally as they are received to ensure real-time accuracy.
- Lead international payroll – Efficiently handle payroll operations for our teams across the UK, US, and Canada.
- Investigate and report – Dive deep into invoice credits, investigate discrepancies, and provide clear reports to management.
- Proactive debt management – Conduct outbound calls to clients to review overdue accounts and prepare detailed reports on debt chasing.
- Client-centric support – Respond to client financial queries in a timely, professional manner, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Optimize AR processes – Constantly look for ways to streamline our Accounts Receivable and improve operational efficiency.
Who are we looking for?
- You are a Finance pro – You hold a degree in Finance (or a related field) and bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience to the table.
- You are a Xero expert – You have proven experience navigating Xero and using it to manage complex financial data.
- Your English is flawless – You possess perfect written and verbal communication skills for professional client interaction.
- You are highly organized – You can juggle global payrolls and daily reconciliations without breaking a sweat.
- You have a sharp eye for detail – Accuracy is your middle name;
you spot the smallest discrepancy before it becomes a problem.
- You are a communicator – You are comfortable picking up the phone to talk to clients and working cross-functionally with internal teams.
- You are tech-savvy – You pick up new software quickly and have a solid foundation in CRM systems.
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience specifically with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with international financial regulations or the proptech industry.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-currency business environment.
