Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quick Commerce Specialist based in Gurugram. The Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing quick commerce operations, analyzing sales data, improving processes, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role entails engaging with customers to enhance their experience, conducting market research to identify trends, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to boost business growth and performance. Qualifications Strong foundation in Commerce and familiarity with business operations. Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret sales and market data effectively. Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and team members efficiently. Experience in Customer Service and an ability to address customer needs with professionalism. Proven Sales knowledge to identify opportunities and meet business objectives. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Relevant experience in quick commerce or fast-paced retail environments is a plus. Educational background in business or a related field is preferred.
