The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper medication use, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. Additional duties include collaborating with healthcare professionals to support patient care, managing medication inventory, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Qualifications • Proficiency in dispensing medications and knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences • Excellent communication and counseling skills to educate patients about medication use • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and healthcare standards • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing prescriptions and records • Ability to work effectively in an on-site healthcare setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from an accredited institution • State pharmacy licensure in good standing • Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy is preferred but not mandatory • Basic computer skills for inventory and record management
