About the Role:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing the digital presence of Onboard Ideas & Innovation. You will create engaging content, showcase our events and MICE projects and strengthen our brand positioning across social platforms. The role requires creativity, consistency and a strong understanding of digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms
Write compelling captions, campaign copy, and promotional content
Coordinate with design and operations teams to capture event highlights and behind-the-scenes content
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online community presence
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports
Stay updated with industry trends, social media tools and competitor activities
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in social media management (preferably in events, hospitality or creative industry)
Strong content writing and communication skills
Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & emerging platforms
Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe tools / video editing apps
Understanding of reels, trends, hashtags and engagement strategies
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
