Role Overview We are looking for a Data Engineer / Data Analyst (Full-time) who will be responsible for building, managing, and analyzing data systems to support business intelligence, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals who are technically strong, analytical, and passionate about designing scalable data infrastructure while generating actionable insights in a HealthTech environment. Key Responsibilities Data Engineering & Infrastructure ● Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and databases ● Integrate data from multiple sources including CRM, patient management systems, finance, and operations platforms ● Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems ● Automate data workflows and reporting processes ● Maintain secure data storage and ensure compliance with data privacy standards Data Analysis & Reporting ● Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to generate business insights ● Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and performance metrics ● Conduct forecasting, trend analysis, and cohort analysis ● Support leadership with data-driven decision-making through structured reports ● Identify opportunities for process optimization using data insights Systems Optimization & Collaboration ● Work closely with tech, operations, finance, and strategy teams to align data initiatives with business goals ● Optimize CRM and analytics tools for improved tracking and reporting ● Support implementation of BI tools and advanced analytics platforms ● Troubleshoot data issues and ensure smooth functioning of data systems Required Skills ● Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) ● Knowledge of database management and ETL processes ● Experience with Python or other programming languages for data processing ● Understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred) ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Ability to handle sensitive healthcare data with high confidentiality ● Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field ● 1–4 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence preferred ● Experience in Healthcare / HealthTech domain is an added advantage Compensation Commensurate with the qualification and experience of the candidate as per industry standards.
