Vega Data Collection for Crowd (Tamil - India and English-US)

About the Job We are seeking bilingual voice contributors to participate in a code-switching voice data collection project. The goal of this project is to gather high-quality, natural conversational speech to help advance voice technology. As a contributor, you will record 6–7 sets of realistic dialogues based on provided scripts. Each dialogue simulates a customer service interaction and requires natural code-switching—alternating smoothly between two languages, just as bilingual speakers do in real conversations. Recordings will be completed remotely using our designated platform. Main Requirements To qualify for this project, you must: • Be a native speaker of Tamil - India. • Have at least L2 (upper-intermediate to proficient) level in English-US. • Be able to naturally code-switch between both languages • Be 18 years old or above • Successfully complete 6–7 assigned dialogue sets • Follow scripts accurately while delivering lines in a natural, conversational manner Other Requirements Participants must also have: • A reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection • A professional-quality microphone or headset • Access to a quiet, private recording environment with no background noise • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully • Reliability in completing tasks within the project timeframe Important • This is a task-based, remote project • Work can be completed on your own schedule within the project period • Payment is issued per submission, after recordings pass quality checks • All recordings must meet audio quality and script adherence standards
