Job Summary
We are hiring a POS Software Support Engineer responsible for software installation, technical support, troubleshooting, product demos, and ensuring smooth system performance. The role focuses on resolving client queries efficiently and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Install and configure Rise POS software
• Conduct Rise POS demos for prospective clients
• Resolve client queries and technical issues
• Troubleshoot billing, inventory, printer, and system issues
• Escalate complex issues to Development Team and track resolution
• Provide client training and onboarding
• Maintain CRM updates and support reports
• Coordinate with Sales and Development teams
Education
• BCA / BSc (IT) / BE / BTech / Diploma in Computer/IT or related field
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply
Required Skills
• Knowledge of POS systems and Windows OS
• Basic networking and hardware understanding
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
Experience
• 1–2 years in POS or software support preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
