Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive online growth by planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, user engagement, and lead generation.
Analyze data and trends to continuously improve marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings.
Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Create, monitor, and optimize paid search (PPC) and display advertising campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and multimedia assets.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, implementing adjustments as needed.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Competence in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
Proven track record of driving organic growth and paid campaign ROI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Skills & Experience:
SEO: Demonstrated success improving keyword rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority.
Social Media Marketing: Experience building engaged audiences and measurable conversions across major platforms.
Ranking: Hands-on expertise in on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and link-building strategies to boost search rankings.
Data-Driven: Ability to interpret metrics, perform A/B tests, and make evidence-based recommendations.
Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Team Player: Collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
