1. Overview:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance the organization's online presence, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives.
2. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create and curate engaging content that resonates with target audiences
Manage social media accounts on various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Monitor social media trends and analyze data to optimize performance
Collaborate with other departments to integrate social media into marketing campaigns
Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and manage reputation online
Stay abreast of emerging social media platforms and technologies
3. Technical Skills:
Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, SproutSocial)
Experience with Instagram API, Facebook API, and LinkedIn
Knowledge of social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
4. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in social media marketing

Proven ability to create compelling social media content that drives engagement
Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills
Strong understanding of target audience behavior and communication channels
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
