Intern - Service Operations

Location: Mumbai - Marol, Andheri Roles and Responsibilities: • Qdigi is looking for self-driven candidates to work in the service department • Supporting the Service Coordinators in daily operations. • Monitoring the Field Service Engineers. • Providing support in allocating daily tasks to Services Engineers. • Maintaining accurate database. • Assisting the Service Coordinators for any ad hoc responsibilities. Desired Candidates: • Basic knowledge of Excel and Word. • Good communication skills and coordination skills. • Willingness to learn service operations. Qualifications: Any Graduation (Candidates due for exam do not apply) Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 2 months Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Education: • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Work Location: In person
