Model: Fully Onsite Scope: Fully Employed Location: Pune Responsibilities: • Manage end?to?end creation and maintenance of documentation for complex enterprise software solutions • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and subject?matter experts to produce accurate, user?oriented content • Develop and maintain structured documentation such as user manuals, developer/API references, and in?product help • Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible explanations for users, developers, and support teams • Coordinate documentation updates with Agile development cycles and release schedule • Leverage AI tools to enhance consistency, quality, and efficiency across documentation processes • 1+ years years of experience as a technical writer in an enterprise software or IT environment • API Documentation Experience • Experience with Madcap Flare, Git, JIRA and Confluence • Experience creating videos for technical documentation. Experience with Mimic or Camtasia is an advantage • Familiarity with AI concepts and AI-assisted writing tools Only applicants who have prior experience working in a software or IT environment will be considered
