This is a full-time hybrid role for a Nursing Manager at Onus Robotic Hospitals, based in Hyderabad with an option for partial remote work. The Nursing Manager will oversee and coordinate nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and implement clinical policies and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing nursing schedules, monitoring patient care activities, collaborating with healthcare teams, and addressing any operational challenges. The role also involves continuous quality improvement and staff training initiatives to maintain excellence in healthcare services. Strong expertise in Nursing, Nursing Management, and delivering high-quality Patient Care. Familiarity with Critical Care Medicine and experience in providing hands-on support in high-pressure medical scenarios. Knowledgeable in Medicine and skilled in working collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management abilities in a clinical setting. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field, with valid nursing licensure. Demonstrated knowledge of robotic-assisted surgery processes and an interest in advanced medical technology is an advantage. full time
