Job description
Key Accountabilities -
• Manage various administrative functions of the organization including but not limited to
• office administration, overall facility management, security, transport, housekeeping, office maintenance, and build-outs, etc. covering aspects like budgeting and process management.
• Responsible for the coordination of a range of services to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Maintain the office inventory.
• Ensure that systems and procedures as laid down by management are strictly complied with & provide inputs for possible improvements in the service.
• Ensure compliance to statutory norms and requirements necessary for the smooth functioning of services and office including implementation of required systems and best practices.
• As and when required, visit Construction sites across PAN INDIA to setup staff accommodation for Existing and New Projects. Ensure that the provided facilities are in compliance with security procedures.
• Regularly conduct audit/inspection site offices. Minimum 07 days travel in a month/quarter.
• Ensure the facilities are in compliance with security procedures.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Work in hand with Purchase Dept for various shipment tracking and other Liaoning works.
• Other duties as assigned by the HR and Management from time to time.Qualifications and Experience
• Any Graduate/Diploma Holder in the relevant field.
• Minimum of 07+ years of related work experience
• Strong communication skills. Computer literate.
• Preferably looking for candidates from Construction Industry/Retired Ex-army,
Military person.
