• Acquire new **CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)** customers
• Target young professionals, first-jobbers, and emerging HNI clients
• Generate leads through field activities, references, and digital channels
• *Relationship Management**
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement
• Act as a single point of contact for banking needs
• *Product Cross-Selling**
• Sell banking products such as:
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Personal Loans / Consumer Loans
• Insurance & Investment Products (Mutual Funds, SIPs)
• Focus on increasing **product per customer ratio**
• *Portfolio Management**
• Manage a portfolio of YF customers
• Monitor account activity, balances, and profitability
• Upsell premium products as customers grow
• *Revenue Generation**
• Achieve monthly sales targets (CASA, cross-sell, revenue)
• Drive fee income and liability growth
• *Compliance & Operations**
• Ensure KYC and documentation compliance
• Follow banking policies and audit requirements

Key Skills Required**
• Sales and target orientation
• Strong communication and convincing ability
• Relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of banking products (CASA, loans, investments)
• Basic financial understanding
• *4. Eligibility / Experience**
• Graduate
• 2+ years of experience in banking / NBFC / sales
• Experience in CASA or retail banking is an advantage

• CASA acquisition numbers
