We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations in our organization. The role involves HR generalist role, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR policies, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement and handling a small team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, hands-on experience in the IT recruitment, and the ability to align HR practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Excellent recruitment skills.
• Manage end to end recruitment for IT Systems Engineers (L1, L2, L3, TL, IT Infra) from sourcing, screening, interviews to offer rollout.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring dashboards.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Handle employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
• Manage attendance, leave, and exit processes including full & final settlements.
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
Performance Management
• Support and lead the performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
• Assist managers with performance reviews, feedback, and improvement plans.
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.
• Support initiatives for employee retention and satisfaction.
Policy & Compliance
• Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal audits.
• Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for salary processing and compliance.
Training & Development
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
• Support career development and skill enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Basic Understanding of Computer hardware (CPU/RAM/OS/Outlook etc).
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Computer science
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
Experience
• 4–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT staffing company.

Salary Range
• Up to 5 Lakhs for right candidate
