• Job Title: HR & Business Development Intern* Location: Thane West Job Type: Full-time Internship(3 months) Stipend: ₹8,000 per month Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM • Job Overview* We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Sales Intern who will primarily support recruitment activities (70%) and also assist in sales and client acquisition (30%). The intern will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and supporting business development by identifying potential clients and promoting company services. --- Key Responsibilities • Recruitment & HR Support (70%)* • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. • Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. • Share job details with candidates and guide them through the recruitment process. • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker in MS Excel. • Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. • Assist in attendance management and basic HR operations. • Support internal hiring as well as client recruitment requirements. • Sales & Business Development (30%)* • Identify potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, and databases. • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and messages to introduce company services. • Generate leads for recruitment services or company products. • Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and the senior sales team. • Conduct field visits when required to meet potential clients and understand their hiring needs. • Maintain a record of leads, follow-ups, and client communication. • Support the team in closing deals and building long-term client relationships. --- • Requirements* • Good communication skills in Hindi and English. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. • Interest in HR, recruitment, and sales/business development. • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. • Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and multitasking. • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing graduation. --- • Skills Required* • Communication and persuasion skills • Candidate screening and coordination • Basic sales and lead generation skills • Organizational and time management skills • Customer/client relationship management --- • Benefits* • Exposure to both HR Recruitment and Sales/Business Development • Hands-on experience in client interaction and hiring processes • Opportunity to develop communication, negotiation, and recruitment skills Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Application Question(s): • Do you have Basic Knowledge of HR ? • Do you have basic knowledge of MS Excel Education: • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Work Location: In person
