Must have Social media marketing,Digital marketing-1 Year of experience About the Role We are looking for a performance-focused Social Media Marketing Manager who can plan, execute, and scale social media campaigns that drive measurable business growth, not just engagement. Key Responsibilities ● Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. ● Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and marketing goals. ● Develop engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and captions to drive audience engagement. ● Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant. ● Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions. ● Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and prepare regular reports. Requirements ● 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. ● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats. ● Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking. ● Good content writing and captioning skills. ● Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling tools is preferred. ● Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
