Senior Analyst – Client Implementation for our Banking client in Bangalore

Responsibilities :- • Own the end-to-end client release lifecycle, from planning through to production deployment and post- • Serve as the primary release contact for fintech clients and sponsor bank stakeholders • Communicate release scope, timelines, risks, and impacts clearly to external parties • Align release schedules with client business events and bank approval windows • Manage stakeholder expectations around change impacts and dependencies • Own the external release calendar and coordinate cross-functional readiness • Validate that deployment plans, rollback procedures, and impact assessments are complete • Lead go / no-go decision processes with internal and external stakeholders • Oversee production cutovers and ensure structured post-release validation Requirement :- • 5-8 years in a banking / Fintech domain handling client implementation, or client release. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be speaking with clients often. • Experience in handling release automation and management will be an advantage • Basic understanding of digital financial services and banking landscape • Experience in financial Product • Experience in a DevOps / SRE and deployment
