As we continue to grow, were looking for a passionate and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team remotely. What Youll Do Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles (sourcing to onboarding) Source and attract top IT talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate technical interviews with clients and hiring managers Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients Stay updated on market trends in the tech recruitment space What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter Strong understanding of IT roles (Software Developers, DevOps, Data, Cloud, etc.) Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently or in a team in a remote environment Experience working with ATS tools is a plus What We Offer Fully remote work environment Opportunity to work with international clients and cutting-edge tech roles Competitive compensation Bonus per hiring Supportive and collaborative team culture Growth opportunities within a fast-growing IT services company Interested?
