Learn more about our platform: https://www.elsaifoundry.ai/ What we like to see in you • Core Competencies: Business Analysis | Process Consulting | Healthcare Domain Expertise | Requirement Gathering | Functional Documentation | Stakeholder Management | Data Interpretation | GenAI Use-Case Mapping | Compliance Knowledge (HIPAA, FDA, GxP) | Agile Methodology What do we expect • Act as a Business Analyst – SME for the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical, collaborating with product, engineering, delivery, and client teams. • Understand and analyze complex business processes, pain points, and opportunities across provider, payer, life sciences, and BPO domains. • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows tailored to the elsAI platform. • Identify and prioritize GenAI-driven use cases like document summarization, regulatory compliance, analytics, and intelligent data processing. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with compliance standards (HIPAA, FDA) and scalable solution design. • Create documentation such as SOPs, business rules, data flows, and hand-over materials for delivery teams. • Support proof-of-concepts or pilot engagements with clients to validate solutions and gather feedback. • Monitor adoption, measure business outcomes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the elsAI solution. • Stay updated on US Healthcare / Life Sciences trends and regulatory frameworks to guide product enhancements and client strategies. What You'll Bring to the Table • Minimum 3 years of experience in the US Healthcare / Life Sciences domain. • Proven background as a Business Analyst, SME, or Process Consultant in healthcare operations or life sciences workflows. • Strong understanding of US healthcare processes (claims, RCM, clinical trials, compliance) and life sciences functions (drug development, regulatory submissions, data analytics). • Ability to define business rules, data mappings, and product requirements clearly. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge domain and technical perspectives. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams. • Comfort working full-time or in a fractional consulting capacity, depending on project scope. Preferred / Plus Skills • Experience with AI/ML or GenAI projects and intelligent agent frameworks. • Exposure to product development lifecycle – ideation, MVP, deployment. • Familiarity with HIPAA, FDA, or GxP regulations and compliance processes. • Understanding of offshore/BPO delivery models for US healthcare clients.
