Data & Growth Analyst Opvia is seeking a Data & Growth Analyst with strong analytical fundamentals and an AI-native mindset to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of product analytics, growth analytics, and commercial decision-making. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze product usage, user behavior, and growth metrics to generate actionable insights. • Bridge product behavior data with commercial and growth decisions including retention, conversion, engagement, and LTV signals. • Own end-to-end analysis workstreams from problem definition to actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with modern analytics tools such as PostHog SQL Excel dbt Snowflake while also being capable of independently driving analytical workstreams. They should have high proficiency in Excel SQL experience or exposure to product analytics tools familiarity with modern data stack tools understanding of growth metrics product funnels cohort analysis basic familiarity with Python for data analysis comfort using AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows.
