Job Opening: Customer Service Executive for a UK Company
Educational Qualification: Any Undergraduate or Degree
Key Responsibility:
Manage dispatch operations: monitoring trip progress in real time, updating booking details, handling schedule changes, and ensuring efficient route allocation. Answer incoming calls and assist English-speaking customers with professionalism and clarity
Skills Required:
• Strong Computer knowledge and Logical Reasoning
• Excellent communication skills in English (listening, speaking & writing)
• (CEFR Level C1 - C2 / IELTS Band 7 – 8.5)
• Age: Below 35 years
• Sales & Marketing Skills
Experience: Experience in tele-calling or call center roles preferred and will be an added advantage but freshers are also welcome to apply - training will be provided
Shift Schedule: Day & Night
Salary: ₹ 25,000 – ₹ 30,000
Work Location: Changanacherry, Kottayam.
